Various magazines focus on woods and timber
Woods and timber are the main topic of the last edition of "Holzforschung Schweiz", in the FOEN magazine "Umwelt" 1/2014, as well as in the current edition of "werk, bauen + wohnen", the architecture and urban planning magazine.
"Holzforschung Schweiz" (formerly known as the SAH-Bulletin) says goodbye to its readers after 40 years. Issued until 2012 by the former Swiss Association for Wood Research (SAH) and thereafter by the Swiss Wood Innovation Network (S-WIN), the time-honoured series offers in its final edition an overview of the current state of research in NRP 66. As a source of easily understandable information on the topic of wood research, the "Holzforschung Schweiz" bulletin was the only magazine of its kind in the German language area. It is not yet known how results in this field could in future be disseminated in Switzerland. Woods and timber are also the main theme of the FOEN magazine "Umwelt" 1/2014 as well as the current edition of "werk, bauen + wohnen", the architecture and urban planning magazine.
